The London Stock Exchange is pleased to welcome T. Rowe Price to open the market, celebrating the listing of its first European Active ETFs and an important milestone in the firm’s expansion in the European ETF market.
Founded in 1937, T. Rowe Price is a global asset management firm and a leader in retirement, with $1.87 trillion in assets under management as of 31 August 2026. Its initial European ETF range comprises two strategies: the T. Rowe Price Integrated Global Equity UCITS ETF and the T. Rowe Price Integrated US Equity Enhanced Index UCITS ETF. Both draw on our Integrated Equity platform, which combines T. Rowe Price fundamental research with proprietary quantitative insights and disciplined portfolio construction. The approach is designed to broaden the sources of potential alpha while carefully managing unintended portfolio risk, enabling downside protection.
Following their registration on Deutsche Börse/Xetra on 8 October, the funds begin trading on the London Stock Exchange today, 15 October 2026 , with Borsa Italiana expected to follow on 22 October.
The launch provides professional investors with active building blocks for core equity allocations, whether used alongside or in place of passive exposures, or as part of model portfolios. It also reflects continued momentum behind active ETFs in Europe, as the structure becomes an increasingly mainstream choice for portfolio construction.
“European investors are increasingly looking for investment solutions that can help make their core allocations work harder, while maintaining discipline around risk and portfolio construction. These ETFs offer another way to access T. Rowe Price’s active investment capabilities, with clear portfolio roles that can complement or replace passive exposures and fit within a variety of portfolio structures, including model portfolios. Although the ETF wrapper is new here in Europe, the expertise that underlines them is well established.”
