Potentially’s market capitalisation upon admission will be approximately £20 million, having raised gross proceeds of approximately c£5 million through a Placing, Subscription and WRAP Retail Offer.

“We’re proud to have raised growth capital from the City of London. In joining AIM, we hope Potentially will be a standard bearer for tech companies in the UK to reconsider the possibilities that a London stock listing bring.”
