The London Stock Exchange today welcomes Roundhouse AI Ltd ("Roundhouse" or the "Company") to AIM. Roundhouse is a Singapore-based technology company building neutral data, identity and reputation infrastructure for the autonomous AI agent economy. The Company's ordinary shares began trading on AIM at 8.00am on 13 October 2026 under the ticker RHAI (ISIN: SGXZ84721265). At the same time, its quotation on the Access segment of the AQSE Growth Market was cancelled. The shares had traded there under the ticker ETHL since 30 January 2026.
AI agents are moving from answering questions to transacting, including initiating payments. The merchants, lenders, insurers, marketplaces and other AI agents they deal with will need a reliable way to judge whether an agent can be trusted. Roundhouse's answer is the Roundhouse Dashboard, which it launched at roundhouseai.io on 11 September 2026. The Dashboard observes and records agent-to-merchant activity built from x402 settlements and on-chain identities. It verifies which payments really were x402 settlements and, where it can, links the wallets on both sides to identities. The result is an open, public record that forms the base dataset for identity, reputation and Know Your Agent (KYA) analysis. Roundhouse aims to become the trusted scoring and system-of-record layer for autonomous-agent activity. It plans to build commercial scoring and intelligence products on this data as coverage grows.
Alongside Admission, Roundhouse has raised £1.5 million (before expenses) through a placing of 30,000,000 new ordinary shares at 5 pence per share. This gives the Company a market capitalisation of approximately £14.0 million at the placing price on Admission. After the costs of the Placing and Admission, the proceeds will be used mainly for R&D and technology infrastructure, including protocol integrations and index distribution. They will also fund commercial rollout, including marketing and partner acquisition, and general working capital as the Company works towards generating revenue.
The Directors believe the move to AIM will widen Roundhouse's international investor base and may improve liquidity in its shares over time. They also expect it to raise the Company's profile with partners, customers and investors.
“Joining AIM is an important milestone for Roundhouse. AI agents have started to transact on their own, and the businesses dealing with them need to know which ones they can trust. We have built and launched the Roundhouse Dashboard to provide a neutral record of that activity, and AIM gives us the platform, profile and access to international investors to take it further. I would like to thank our shareholders, our team and our advisers for their support in getting us here.”
