London Stock Exchange welcomes Halo Minerals PLC to AIM

The London Stock Exchange today welcomes Halo Minerals PLC, the copper development company focused on extracting critical minerals from legacy mining waste, as the Company celebrates its admission to trading on AIM.

Halo’s strategy is centred around becoming a leading supplier of battery metals, with a core focus on copper, supporting the global transition to sustainable energy. The Company aims to achieve this through sustainable practices, technological innovation, and strategic geographic positioning.

The Company's principal asset is the Playa Verde Project, comprising six mining concessions covering an area of approximately 13.57 km² of copper-bearing tailings, located in the coastal town of Chañaral in the Atacama Region of northern Chile.

Halo’s Admission to AIM follows a £4 million fundraising through the placing of new ordinary shares and will enable the Company to take advantage of AIM's profile, broad investor base, liquidity and access to investors, further supporting the achievement of its strategic objectives.
