Amaroq Ltd. Celebrates Move from AIM to the London Stock Exchange Main Market

Amaroq Ltd. opens the market this morning to mark the admission of its Common Shares to the equity shares (commercial companies) category of the Official List of the Financial Conduct Authority and to trading on the Main Market of the London Stock Exchange, following its move from AIM.

Amaroq is an independent mine development company focused on unlocking Greenland’s mineral potential, with its principal asset, the high grade Nalunaq gold mine, which is in commercial production and a wider portfolio of other gold and strategic mineral opportunities across Greenland.

Admission has been implemented by way of an introduction of the Company’s existing Common Shares, with no new securities issued and no capital raised in connection with the move. The transition reflects Amaroq’s growth, its increasing institutional relevance and its ambition to build a long-term mining company on London’s senior market.

“Our move to the Main Market reflects the progress Amaroq has made and our confidence in the future. We believe it will enhance our visibility, support access to a broader pool of institutional capital and strengthen our platform for growth.”
