Pathos Communications was established to leverage AI to democratise SMEs’ access to established news publications utilising a "pay-on-results" model. Founded by Omar Hamdi, the company blends its proprietary AI-driven technologies with expert human editorial and strategy teams, partnering with clients to create and distribute high-quality articles across established news outlets, digital platforms, and podcast channels.

The demand for accessible PR solutions continues to grow as businesses worldwide seek more efficient, data-led, and results-focused ways to secure coverage within established media outlets. Pathos sits at the forefront of this shift, combining its proprietary AI technologies with expert human editorial capability to deliver a scalable, outcome-based alternative to the traditional subscription-led PR model. Its award-winning growth, recognised by the Financial Times 1000, Deloitte UK Technology Fast 50, and UBS Fast Growth Index, reflects the strength of its offering, underpinned by a diversified global client base of more than 6,000 organisations across 89 countries. Pathos has a demonstrable track-record of delivering high-quality media placements at scale, with its advanced tools, PathosMind and Pressella, positioning the company to meet the evolving needs of SMEs worldwide and redefine how they access the media.

Pathos’s admission to AIM follows a £5.6 million fundraising, which included a placing of 66,666,666 new and existing Ordinary Shares with institutional and other investors. The strong investor interest in the placing underscores the confidence in Pathos Communications’ growth potential, and its role as a market-disruptor in the PR and communications sector.

The proceeds of the fundraise will enable Pathos to scale its international reach, advance its AI-driven product suite, and enhance the company’s competitive edge with high-quality editorial output and expanded operational capacity. This includes the addition of languages such as Spanish and Mandarin, and the release of its cutting-edge artificial intelligence tools, Pressella and PathosMind, to the world’s 400 million SMEs.

“Today marks an important milestone for Pathos as we begin our journey on AIM. Listing on the London Stock Exchange is a natural next step for a business with global ambition and a scalable model. I founded Pathos to do something the PR industry has never done: bridge the gap between established media outlets and the 400 million SMEs that typically do not have access to the media coverage that can be so transformational for their businesses.”

“Our focus on delivering measurable results through simple, accessible processes allows us to offer what the traditional PR model cannot, with our proprietary AI technologies giving us a strong competitive advantage within the industry. Since our inception in 2019, we’ve achieved significant and consistent growth, and have executed our vision faster than even we previously imagined. Admission to AIM will give us a stronger platform, more resources, and greater visibility to accelerate our progress and support the next phase of our growth.”
