London Stock Exchange welcomes Brooks Macdonald to the Main Market

The London Stock Exchange today welcomes Brooks Macdonald Group plc, a leading provider of wealth management services in the UK, as it begins trading on the Main Market after twenty years of being listed on AIM.

Brooks Macdonald is independent, financially strong, and aims to deliver strong and consistent investment performance for clients to meet their financial objectives. The company's broad and diverse product range allows Brooks Macdonald to support clients throughout their entire lives as needs and circumstances change.

The Group's two business areas are:

Adviser Solutions, which provides outsourced discretionary investment management services via Financial Advisers to their private and corporate clients. Long-standing relationships with IFAs built on trust, collaboration, and commitment to exceptional service are central to the Group’s approach.

Financial Planning, which provides both restricted and independent ‘whole of market’ advice to high-net-worth individuals and private clients, enabling them to build, manage and protect their wealth.

Since being founded in 1991 and listing on AIM in 2005, the Group has demonstrated a strong commercial and financial track record, and a long-standing record of increasing dividends, showing financial resilience and a commitment to shareholder returns. Funds under management as at 31 December 2024 are £15.7 billion.
