London Stock Exchange welcomes The Beauty Tech Group to the Main Market
The London Stock Exchange today welcomed The Beauty Tech Group, a global leader in at-home beauty technology, as the company marked its admission to the Main Market.
Through its Offer, the Company has raised £106.5m, resulting in a market capitalisation on Admission of £300m.

Founded by Laurence Newman and Andrew Showman in 2009, The Beauty Tech Group has established itself as a leader in developing and retailing advanced at-home beauty devices. The Group’s three brands – CurrentBody Skin, ZIIP Beauty and Tria Laser – deliver professional-grade technologies, historically found only in clinical settings, directly to consumers.
