ACG Metals ("ACG" or the "Company") today opened the Markets of the London Stock Exchange to celebrate its admission to the Main Market of the London Stock Exchange (LSE).
The ceremony follows the successful $290 million acquisition of the Gediktepe copper mine in Türkiye last month which established ACG as a new high growth copper miner on the London Stock Exchange. Listed on the Main Market of the London Stock Exchange, ACG’s market capitalisation was approximately $110 million as of 16 September 2024. “We are very pleased to be at the London Stock Exchange this morning to celebrate ACG’s formal (re)-admission to the LSE following the acquisition of the Gediktepe Mine last month. The transaction establishes ACG Metals as a premier copper producer on the London Stock Exchange and provides us with an excellent platform for the further consolidation of copper assets globally, as demand for the metal continues to rise.”
