ScaIL UK closes the London markets to celebrate the completion of its first cohort

Today, the London Stock Exchange was excited to welcome a delegation from ScaIL UK – a flagship programme led by the UK’s Department for Business & Trade at the British Embassy Israel to support Israeli technology companies as they expand into the UK market.

Throughout the programme, this distinguished group of Israeli tech companies aligned with the UK’s industrial strategy sectors and engaged closely with UK partners, investors and government officials, gaining connections and an understanding of its economic landscape and business opportunities.

On Tuesday, the ScaIL UK cohort joined leaders from the UK-Israel tech ecosystem, as well as investors and government partners, to officially close the market in celebration of the programme’s successful completion and the continued strengthening of economic and business ties between the two nations.

This ceremony at the London Stock Exchange marked a significant milestone in advancing cooperation between the UK’s dynamic innovation landscape and Israel’s world-leading tech sector.

As ScaIL UK concludes its first programme, the initiative looks ahead to continue its mission of boosting commercial, technological and strategic ties between the UK and Israel, and to support future cohorts as they bring groundbreaking technologies into the UK as one of the world’s most opportunity-driven markets.
