Money Maze Allocator Summit opens the market
Simon Brewer and Will Campion, Co-Founders of the Money Maze Podcast, celebrated a significant milestone for the investment community by ringing the opening bell at LSEG on the second day of their annual Money Maze Allocator Summit.
The two-day Summit brought together an exceptional international group of allocators, asset managers, and leading thinkers to examine the major themes and developments influencing investment opportunities.
Taking place in the heart of the City of London, the event was created to encourage thoughtful debate, meaningful connections and wide perspectives on the investment landscape. More thinking- less selling!
The speaker line-up featured some of the most prominent figures from across the financial industry, including, Daniel Balthasar, Will Zhao, Ashli Aslin, Khaled Said, Mark Wallace, and Jo Holden.
The program also extended beyond the world of investment, welcoming distinguished voices including David Yarrow, John Inverdale, Sir Anthony Seldon, Dame Kate Bingham, Camilla Cavendish, and Jocelyn Pidoux, bringing a broader perspective to the conversations taking place.
Following the conclusion of the first day, guests attended a private dinner at the historic Drapers’ Hall, home of the Worshipful Company of Drapers. The evening concluded with a performance from award-winning comedian and impressionist Rory Bremner, which was warmly received by attendees.
Through a mix of breadth of topics, experience and perspectives of the voices present, and the roster of former Money Maze Guests, the Money Maze Allocator Summit has established itself as an important new gathering for those responsible for allocating and managing immense pools of capital.
It also reflected the way in which consuming investment content whether by video podcasts, YouTube and digital media is creating new platforms for financial engagement, education and entertainment.
Following the success of the Summit, the Money Maze Podcast looks forward to building on its foundations and partnering with the London Stock Exchange to continue developing the event in the years ahead.
