LSEG Celebrates Women in Risk and Compliance
On 19 October 2026, the London Stock Exchange welcomed leaders and advocates from across the risk, compliance and financial crime prevention community for a special Market Close ceremony celebrating the women driving progress across the industry.
Hosted in partnership with LSEG Risk Intelligence, Risky Women and the Power Women Network, the event brought together industry leaders, changemakers and allies to recognise the impact of women shaping the future of the profession. The ceremony celebrated the achievements, leadership and contributions of those advancing innovation, inclusion and resilience across risk, compliance and financial crime prevention.
The event provided an opportunity to reflect on the progress made towards greater representation and inclusive leadership across the sector, while recognising the individuals and organisations helping to drive meaningful change. As the trading day drew to a close, attendees came together to celebrate the achievements of women across the industry and reaffirm a shared commitment to fostering diverse leadership and creating opportunities for future generations.
