LSEG celebrates Transformation Summit 2026

The London leg of Transformation Summit 2026 kicked off with Market Open, building on a confident and energising start to the day. David Schwimmer opened the morning by reflecting on our strategy and the focus that will set us apart in an increasingly disrupted world. This year’s theme — Empowering teams to deliver faster value through AI and product-led transformation — reflects the shared ambition of our global transformation community: strengthening our foundations, accelerating how we deliver, and connecting teams across LSEG to create long-term value for our customers.

The Summit is a truly global moment. Colleagues in Bengaluru started the day, followed by sessions in London and New York, with demos, sessions and watch parties hosted across our major hubs. With thousands of colleagues expected to take part, the event brings together product-led innovators, AI specialists, delivery experts, and transformation leaders to explore how we deliver value with greater speed and impact.

Our keynote speakers were pivotal to the day. Melissa Perri shared how we can shift from feature delivery to meaningful customer outcomes. Matthew Skelton highlighted the importance of designing empowered teams that can move quickly and confidently.

We were also joined by the Atlassian Williams F1 team, who brought insights from elite motorsport, from rapid iteration to friction-free delivery, and showed how these principles can help us build high-performing teams at LSEG.

Sessions from our product-led first movers showcased the practical progress already underway across the organisation.

The AI Accelerator Clinics brought colleagues together with our trusted AI partners for focused, expert-led working sessions that explored opportunities to streamline everyday work and uncover solutions for real-world use cases.
