London Stock Exchange was pleased to welcome the second annual Giving and Impact Summit, organised by Integra, the communications, reputation and social impact advisory firm.
The event, which aims to promote, celebrate and inspire philanthropy in the UK, brought together over 130 philanthropists, wealth advisors, and government representatives. Keynote speakers included DCMS Minister Stephanie Peacock MP and philanthropists such as John Caudwell, John Studzinski and Fran Perrin. The Summit also featured panels on 'Unlocking Britain's Philanthropic Potential' and 'The Future of Philanthropy', alongside a fireside chat with Geeta Nargund, Vice-Chair of British Red Cross.
Founded in 2021 by Zaki Cooper and Nick Loughran, Integra works with philanthropists, entrepreneurs, leaders, family offices, and businesses, with a social purpose. The Summit reflects the founders' passion for promoting and strengthening UK philanthropy.
“The UK has incredible potential to be a global leader in philanthropy, and today's discussions highlighted how we can stimulate greater engagement from high-net-worth individuals to tackle society's most urgent challenges.”
Zaki Cooper and Nick Loughran
The event was convened by Integra in partnership with the British Red Cross, London Stock Exchange, KKR, Law Family Charitable Foundation, Spear's, Renaissance Philanthropy and New Philanthropy Capital.
