The London Stock Exchange (LSE) today welcomed the Islamic Development Bank (IsDB) to open the markets in celebration of the issuance and listing of its €500 million Green Sukuk under the Bank’s enhanced 2025 Sustainable Finance Framework.

This milestone reflects IsDB’s continued commitment to financing the future sustainably, bridging global capital with development impact.
“For the Islamic Development Bank, this is far more than a transaction. It reflects our commitment to mobilising resources and channeling them into projects that improve lives and empower communities through sustainability, environmental stewardship, and good governance.”
