London Stock Exchange welcomes the National Association of Corporate Directors

This week, the London Stock Exchange welcomed the National Association of Corporate Directors® (NACD ®) and its Board Leader Exchange attendees.

For nearly 50 years, NACD’s leadership has resulted in best-in-class governance practices, strong economies, sustainable companies, and business value creation. NACD President and CEO, Peter Gleason, and his fellow NACD Board members Mary Winston, Jocelyn Carter-Miller, Nora Denzel, NACD.DC, Jay Miller, NACD.DC, and Michael Montelongo, are joined by 30 board leaders attending the Board Leader Exchange in London. These delegates are a mix of NACD members and UK board members from Fortune 500, FTSE 100 and large cap European companies. The Board Leader Exchange program included meetings with policy makers, institutional investors, and UK business leaders for discussions on geopolitics and economics, European investor priorities, and European policy and regulatory outlook.
