London Stock Exchange congratulates Signal AI’s $165M raise with Battery Ventures to reshape the future of risk and reputation intelligence

Today, the London Stock Exchange celebrated Signal AI on its $165m raise with Battery Ventures to reshape the future of risk and reputation intelligence.

Founded in 2013, Signal AI is the leading global risk and reputation intelligence platform, trusted by more than 650 enterprises worldwide. Its proprietary AI-powered platform equips executives with predictive decision intelligence to detect, monitor and manage emerging risks—from regulation and cyber to supply chain and reputation. Most recently, Signal AI launched AskAIQ, the first agentic AI solution purpose-built for senior leaders to receive actionable insights in real time.

This milestone funding, led by Battery Ventures, marks the beginning of Signal AI’s next phase of growth, enabling the company to accelerate product innovation, expand globally across the U.S. and EMEA, and deepen its leadership position at the intersection of AI, risk, and reputation intelligence.

“Our AI platform started in a garage, and evolved to power the world’s most complex enterprises. Partnering with Battery Ventures will accelerate our mission to transform how companies anticipate risk and harness opportunity. Together, we aim to equip leaders with the deepest, most intuitive intelligence to answer the question every executive is asking: ‘What’s next, and how can I get ahead of it?’”

“Signal AI has carved out a differentiated and, we feel, highly defensible market position at the intersection of AI, risk and enterprise software,” said Collier Searle, a principal at Battery who is joining Signal AI’s board. “We’re backing an exceptional team with a bold vision to become the central nervous system for risk-aware organisations.”
