The Global Equity Segment (GES) was live from October 2019 until Friday 30 May 2025. It provided a standalone order book trading segment (GES1) for international securities.

With effect from start of trading Monday 2 June 2025:

  • 0RYA – Ryanair Holdings (IE00BYTBXV33) moved to European Quoting Service (trading segment / sector - EQS IRQS) and the existing market maker registrations were transferred across
  • The remaining 86 GES securities, that had no registered market makers, moved to SSX4 SXEL (SETSqx without Market makers)
  • All 87 securities continue to be available for On Exchange trade reporting on London Stock Exchange MTF: XLOM, as well as OTC and SI off-Exchange.
