This is underpinned by clear frameworks across both the Main Market and ISM, including different routes to market such as prospectus exemptions and the ISM Express Route for eligible issuers.

In addition, the Admissions Self Service Portal (SSP) provides a digital application channel, enabling efficient submissions and faster turnaround times. As part of our ongoing commitment to delivering best‑in‑class services, the SSP offers a streamlined and user‑friendly interface for managing admission application across all markets.

The London Stock Exchange offers competitive, simple and transparent pricing structure, with no ongoing maintenance or ad hoc fees, you pay once for the London Stock Exchange’s service, with no additional charges thereafter.

For our largest and most frequent issuers, a fee ceiling structure has been established to provide cost certainty, ensuring that total fees per calendar year do not exceed a defined amount, regardless of the number of bonds listed during the year.
