  • SparkLive provides unrivalled reach and distribution and to connect with investors. It is fully integrated with your profile page on our London Stock Exchange web platform – a trusted source of news, information, and announcements to investors, analysts and the financial media.

  • Our team supports Issuers Results/ Capital Markets Days/ AGM’s/ ESG report publications etc, as well as Equity & Debt Deal & Non-Deal Roadshows. Our platform is versatile and all of the features and functionality can be adapted to suit the use case.

    We offer either live or pre-recorded events, or a mix of the two (a pre-recorded presentation with live Q&A). We work on both virtual and hybrid format events (in-person & virtual for the audience at home).

  • There is no integration required with existing platforms. Issuers simply need to connect to Zoom, Teams or Webex and we take care of the rest.

    Investors can view the event through the SparkLive platform directly. They are able to view the slides, and watch/ listen to the presentation here, as well as interact with the Company presenting.

  • SparkLive offers unrivalled distribution at no additional cost, helping Issuers to reach a wide reach of investors outside of the typical roadshow and conference perimeters. We offer distribution to these retail and institutional investors at no additional cost.

    We work closely with our marketing team to grow organic demand, as well as targeting investors through a variety of sources including Refinitiv’s desktops (reaching up to 200,000 financial professionals), through followers of watchlists on the LSE website and via social media.

We also provide detailed analytics on the audience, allowing you to better understand investor interest and behaviour.

  • Yes, we are listing venue agnostic. We have supported many capital raisings for non-UK listed issuers, or private companies.

  • SparkLive will host securely all your relevant promotion and legal documents during the roadshow for any transaction. Prospectuses, Ratings, summary documents with no limit to the number of documents hosted. We offer the options to enable or disable document downloads to ensure your event is hosted securely.

  • The SparkLive team has dedicated ECM/DCM experienced staff. Your SparkLive event lead will be experienced in your area of banking and supported by a highly professional technical team delivering a strong final product.
