London Stock Exchange welcomes Zenova Group Plc to AIM
London Stock Exchange welcomes Zenova Group Plc to AIM in order to facilitate its plan to introduce its innovative cutting edge technologically driven products.
Zenova has developed a set of new fire safety and temperature management products that address the most pressing problems in this sector in a very efficient and cost effective way.
These comprise fire retardant paints, unique fire extinguishers capable of putting out any type of fire, thermal insulating paint and ready mixed renders and sprinkler systems that can be retrofitted economically and used anywhere even in kitchens where currently sprinkler systems cannot be deployed.
Legislation around the world is requiring construction companies, social housing, local authorities and major institutions such as the NHS to confirm to regulations that seek to protect buildings from the worst effects of fire and lack of insulation leading to damage, loss of life and energy waste.
Zenova’s fire management products are effective and efficient in solving these problems quickly and innovatively with very high levels of prevention and suppression of fire as well as its insulation products that provide superior heat/cooling retention when applied to existing structures as well as new construction.
All its products are independently tested to rigorous standards (both UK and International) by recognised third party agencies and are subject to continuous sample testing to maintain quality of manufacture.
Zenova looks forward as a result of its successful admission to AIM to providing ground breaking solutions in these very important and socially significant areas that are the focus of much concern and activity.
Tony Crawley, Chief Executive Officer of Zenova Group Plc, commented: “We are very pleased to be admitted to London Stock Exchange`s AIM on this landmark day in the history of Zenova.
