London Stock Exchange welcomes PensionBee to the Premium Segment of the Main Market

Today, London Stock Exchange welcomes PensionBee, a leading online pension provider, to the Premium Segment of the Main Market.

PensionBee was co-founded in 2014 by its Chief Executive Officer, Romi Savova, and its Chief Technology Officer, Jonathan Lister Parsons, with a mission to make pensions simple, so that everyone can look forward to a happy retirement. Operating in the UK Defined Contribution pensions market, PensionBee continues to challenge and lead the industry. It continually innovates to enhance its offering, catering for the many people who have historically struggled to understand, prepare for and manage their retirement confidently.

PensionBee raised £55 million of capital in its successful IPO on the High Growth Segment of the Main Market in April 2021. As of 31 March 2022, the company had increased its Assets Under Administration to £2.75 billion and grown its Annual Run Rate Revenue to £17 million. It reported a Registered Customer base of almost 800,000 and an Invested Customer base of 138,000.

With its unique technology and successful, data-driven, omni-channel customer acquisition model, PensionBee is ideally placed to further execute against its ambitious growth plan and capture the significant market opportunities ahead.
