London Stock Exchange welcomes the Pebble Group to AIM

London Stock Exchange today welcomes The Pebble Group plc, a provider of products, services and technology to the global promotional products industry, on to the AIM market.

The Pebble Group operates two focused and differentiated businesses in the global promotional products industry: Brand Addition is a leading provider of promotional products to global brands that utilises its global network to source and deliver complex and creative solutions to support marketing efforts of its multi-national clients. Facilisgroup provides subscription-based services to SME promotional products distributors in the US and Canada. Its suite of services includes business intelligence software, buying power and community events.

The Company announced earlier this week that it is raising a total of c.£135 million at a valuation of £176 million. Of these funds, c.£79 million will be used to repay all existing debt facilities with c.£56 million going to selling shareholders. The management of The Pebble Group retains approximately 9% of the total issued ordinary share capital of the Company.
