
London Stock Exchange welcomes Invesco Asia Dragon Trust plc to the Main Market
Invesco Asia Trust plc (LSE: IAD) today celebrated its combination with Asia Dragon Trust with the market opening at the London Stock Exchange. The combination will create an investment trust with approximately £790 million in net assets and is expected to result in substantial benefits for shareholders. Invesco, a global asset manager with US$1.8 trillion of AUM, including US$15.2 billion in Asia and EM Equities (as at 31 December 2024), will remain as the investment manager of the Company, with Co-Portfolio Managers, Fiona Yang and Ian Hargreaves, supported by the depth of resource and experience offered by the wider Invesco Asian & Emerging Markets Equities Team. Invesco Asia Trust will shortly be renamed Invesco Asia Dragon Trust plc and the ticker has changed from IAT to IAD
