Paul Arenson, CEO of Industrials REIT, commented:

“Moving to the Premium Segment of the Main Market six months ago reflects the fundamental changes within our business since we first listed on the Specialist Fund Segment in 2018. Since then, we have completed our stated aim of becoming the first fully focussed UK MLI REIT and developing a market leading operating platform to capitalise on efficiencies across our 7.3 million sq ft portfolio.

Although the move to the Premium Segment of the Main Market took place six months ago, it is great to be able to celebrate it now as it is a significant milestone in our growth journey.”
