The Company has today listed on the premium segment of London Stock Exchange's main market and qualifies for the Green Economy Mark.

The IPO raised gross proceeds of £107 million, including a strategic cornerstone investment of £25 million by INEOS Energy. Panmure Gordon acted as sponsor, financial adviser and joint bookrunner and Kepler Cheuvreux acted as joint bookrunner to the Company.
