London Stock Exchange welcomes Guinness Ventures celebrating the launch of Guinness VCT plc

Guinness Ventures celebrated the launch of Guinness VCT plc on the London Stock Exchange today, with Head of Ventures, Shane Gallwey leading the Ventures team alongside Ewen Gilmour, Chairman of Guinness VCT.  The team assembled at the London Stock Exchange to mark the closing of the Market.

Guinness Ventures is already one of the largest and most-trusted managers of EIS qualifying investments and is part of Guinness Asset Management, the London-based specialist fund management company, established in 2003.

The first issue of shares in the Guinness VCT plc, under the ticker “GVCT”, was admitted to the London Stock Exchange this month. It is the first VCT vehicle to be offered by Guinness Ventures.
