London Stock Exchange welcomes Endeavour Mining plc to the Premium Segment of the Main Market

London Stock Exchange today welcomes Endeavour Mining plc (“Endeavour” or “the Company”) as it begins trading on the Premium Segment of the Main Market under the ticker “EDV”. The listing will see Endeavour become the largest pure gold producer on the Premium Segment of London Stock Exchange.

Endeavour is one of the top 10 global gold producers and the largest in West Africa, which is the world’s second largest gold producing region. A member of the World Gold Council, Endeavour is committed to the principles of responsible mining and delivering sustainable value to its employees, stakeholders and the communities where it operates. Its experienced management team are based in London, and the Company is also listed on the Toronto Stock Exchange.

Endeavour has transformed over the past few years, reorienting its portfolio to become one with high quality diversified assets that can sustain and grow production above 1.5 million ounces annually while maintaining a competitively low all-in sustaining cost (AISC) of under $900 per ounce. The Company is now well positioned for organic growth with a strong commitment to shareholder returns through a minimum progressive dividend policy, which is targeting distribution of at least $500 million through to FY-2023.
