Today, iconic British footwear brand Dr. Martens takes a major step towards its global growth ambitions by listing on the Premium Segment of the Main Market on London Stock Exchange.

From the brand’s humble beginnings six decades ago, Dr. Martens has since cemented itself as a timeless icon that resonates with subcultures all over the world, adopted by a broad and diverse range of wearers through each decade. With a highly experienced management team, a passionate and dedicated team across the world, and the potential to expand within the £341 billion global footwear market, the company is well-positioned for continued growth and success.

As custodians of the brand, Dr. Martens plc will continue executing its proven strategy, scaling in key markets around the world and investing in its direct-to-consumer and e-commerce experience, all whilst staying true to the brand, its rich heritage, and its people-first culture.

The Company has engaged Goldman Sachs International ("Goldman Sachs") and Morgan Stanley & Co. International plc ("Morgan Stanley") as Joint Global Co-ordinators, and Barclays Bank PLC ("Barclays"), HSBC Bank plc ("HSBC"), Merrill Lynch International ("BofA Securities") and RBC Europe Limited ("RBC Capital Markets") as Joint Bookrunners in the event the Offer proceeds. Lazard & Co., Limited ("Lazard") is acting as Financial Adviser to the Company.
