International plc ("Morgan Stanley") as Joint Global Co-ordinators, and Barclays Bank PLC ("Barclays"), HSBC Bank plc ("HSBC"), Merrill Lynch International ("BofA Securities") and RBC Europe Limited ("RBC Capital Markets") as Joint Bookrunners in the event the Offer proceeds.
