London Stock Exchange welcomes Baltic Classifieds Group to the Main Market

Baltic Classifieds Group is the leading online classifieds group in the Baltics (based on the number of listings), which owns and operates twelve leading vertical and generalist online classifieds portals in Estonia, Latvia and Lithuania. Baltic Classifieds Group’s online classifieds portfolio comprises of eight vertical online classifieds portals, including vertical portals for automotive, real estate and jobs and services, and four generalist portals, offering a wide range of products. The portals are accessible through the websites of Baltic Classifieds Group’s various brands via desktop and mobile, and through the mobile applications of most of the brands.

Lithuania is the largest market for BCG where the company owns Autoplius.lt, Skelbiu.lt, Aruodas.lt, CVbankas.lt, Kainos.lt and Paslaugos.lt. Estonia is it’s second largest, with Auto24.ee, KV.ee, City24.ee, Osta.ee and KuldneBörs.ee. In Latvia BCG owns City24.lv.

BCG has headquarters in Vilnius (Lithuania) and other offices in Tallinn (Estonia), Tartu (Estonia) and Riga (Latvia). As of 30 April 2021, BCG had 129 employees and a leadership team with an average tenure at BCG of twelve years.
