London Stock Exchange welcomes Aura Renewable Acquisitions plc (“Aura”), a special purpose acquisition company sponsored by Harmony Capital Investments Limited to the Main Market under the ticker symbol ARA.

Founded on the 4th of November 2021, Aura intends to focus on targets operating in the Global Renewable Energy Sector Supply Chain, particularly participants in the wind, solar, biomass, hydropower, carbon capture, waste management, smart grids and green hydrogen supply chains, and their sub-sectors, ranging from raw materials resourcing to power generation, energy storage and recycling. Aura will seek to acquire targets that offer the opportunity for fast scale growth.

The Directors of Aura are highly experienced in both the renewables and finance sectors in both executive and non-executive positions for listed and private companies across several jurisdictions. 

The Aura Team believes that the annual market for renewable energy globally is projected to reach USD1.9 Trillion by 2030, growing at a CAGR of 8.4% from now. Aura presents shareholders with a robust opportunity to capitalise on the increasing momentum toward sustainable economies around the world.
