London Stock Exchange welcomes Artemis Resources Ltd dual listing on AIM

Artemis Resources is a Perth-based and ASX-listed mining exploration and development company, led by an experienced team focussed on creating shareholder value from its 100% owned projects in Western Australia – the Paterson Central, adjacent to the Havieron gold and copper discovery near Telfer in the East Pilbara and the Greater Carlow Gold-Copper-Cobalt Project in the West Pilbara.

Artemis’ wholly owned landholdings provide leverage to significant exploration success for its shareholders due to their unparalleled locations in highly prospective gold-copper provinces, as well as their access to existing infrastructure, including the Company’s 100% owned Radio Hill processing plant. Artemis enters 2022 well-funded for its planned exploration activities, which include phase 1 and follow up drilling at Paterson Central, and development at Carlow Castle focussed on increasing the resource footprint. The Company has assembled an experienced Board and management team with a clear strategy to grow value and a demonstrable track record of delivering shareholder return.

Yesterday, Monday 07 February, the Company commenced its first day of trading on AIM with a market capitalisation of approximately £52 million following a successful £5 million fundraise at an Offer price of 3.75p per share. Proceeds of the Fundraising will be primarily applied for the development of the Group's Carlow Castle project and Paterson Central project, including to execute its extensive drill programme.
