London Stock Exchange welcomes Ajax Resources plc to the Main Market

London Stock Exchange welcomes Ajax Resources Plc (“Ajax”), a special purpose acquisition company established to acquire businesses or assets in the energy and natural resources sector, to listing on the standard segment of the Official List of the Financial Conduct Authority and to trading on the LSE Main Market for listed securities with its ordinary shares trading under the ticker symbol “AJAX”.

Founded by Ippolito Cattaneo, Michael Hutchinson and Luca Benedetto, Ajax is led by a Board with a blend of financial, oil and gas and mining expertise, as well as a strong track record of growing diversified businesses. 

Ajax will focus on acquiring a natural resource production and development project in a low-risk jurisdiction, leveraging on the opportunity identification capabilities and experience of its Board, to access compelling development assets and implement operating efficiencies to create significant shareholder value.
