Celebrating World Investor Week by ‘Ringing the Bell for Financial Literacy’

London Stock Exchange is delighted to support the World Federation of Exchange’s ‘Ring the Bell for Financial Literacy’ initiative, which marks World Investor Week. London Stock Exchange is taking part to highlight the importance of financial literacy, and to raise awareness of the role that stock exchanges can play in providing the right resources to consumers and students, and in helping them grow their financial stability.

“At London Stock Exchange, we believe that financial literacy opens options and opportunities for all. Whether it’s choosing what to study; what career to work towards; or learning about how to save and invest money later in life, understanding how finance works can help build a better future for us all.” Denzil Jenkins, Interim CEO, London Stock Exchange plc, LSEG

“By enabling consumers to develop their understanding of financial markets, we can play a vital role in allowing them to invest and benefit from the growth and opportunities created by UK and international companies.” Murray Roos, Group Head of Capital Markets, LSEG
