
London Stock Exchange celebrates the launch of HANetf’s European Green Deal UCITS ETF, in association with Societe Generale
HANetf is delighted to have launched European Green Deal UCITS ETF, in association with Societe Generale, on London Stock Exchange.
HANetf is Europe’s first white-label ETP issuer, providing a full operational, regulatory, distribution and marketing solution to asset managers looking to launch ETPs in Europe. Founded by successful ETF pioneers Hector McNeil and Nik Bienkowski in 2017, HANetf has since launched over 40 products and manages over $2.1 billion in assets under management.

The new ETF provides exposure to companies that are set to benefit from the European Green Deal, a landmark transaction enacted by the European Commission to move Europe to become the first carbon neutral continent, mobilizing over €1 trillion worth of investment in research and development.
EUGD tracks the SGI European Green Deal ESG Screened NTR Index, with stocks selected by Societe Generale’s expert research team. The stocks are ESG screened and selected based on their exposure to 4 key policy areas: clean energy, sustainable mobility, building and renovation, and circular economy.
The ETF is classified as Article 8 under the Sustainable Finance Disclosure Regulation.
