Making a complaint

Do you want to take your complaint further?

If you are not happy with the way we have handled your complaint, you can ask for it to be referred to the Complaints Commissioner (for the address, please click here). Correspondence addressed to the Commissioner will be forwarded direct. Please note, however, that you should only approach the Commissioner if you have already addressed your complaint to the Exchange but have not received what you consider to be a satisfactory final response.

The Complaints Commissioner is independent of the London Stock Exchange. The Commissioner will review your complaint to consider whether it has been handled fairly and has the power to resubmit the matter to the Exchange for further consideration.
