Non-Members


This guidance is applicable to non-member clients, counterparties and their custodians who have unsettled transactions with Teathers Limited.

Transactions executed away from the Exchange's order book must be trade reported to the Exchange as in accordance with rules 3000 and 3010. In the case of a Teathers Limited trade with a non-member counterparty, Teathers Limited would have therefore had to trade report that transaction to the Exchange.

Non-Member Firm Counterparty details - instructions

Those non-member firms that believe that they are a counterparty to any unsettled non CCP on Exchange transactions where Teathers Limited is a counterparty, should complete the blank Excel spreadsheet (see Downloads) and return this to defaultofficial@londonstockexchange.com. 
Please ensure that all emails have the word "Teathers" in the subject field.
