Italian equities

The London Stock Exchange is offering its members the chance to directly trade MTA equities – now traded on TradElect - by becoming members of Borsa Italiana via our fast-track “Cross-Access” application process.

Participating firms will benefit from the following incentives which are valid from November 2008 and run to 31 March 2010.

• Waived: €15,000 annual membership fee
• Waived: €98,000 - 146,000annual “trading” subscription fee
• Waived: €16,000 annual connectivity fee
• Waived: €6,600 USAPs fee
• MTA real time, full depth data included within the membership package
• Testing services included within the membership package

In addition to the above member firms who choose to directly trade MTA equities by becoming members of Borsa Italiana will be able to expand their service offering to their customers as well as benefiting themselves from participating in a new market supported by the world-class performance, capacity and low latency offered by TradElect.

Please note this offer is subject to certain conditions:

• The waiver offer for membership, “trading” subscription, connectivity and USAPS fees begins as soon as membership of Borsa Italiana is activated and ends 31st March 2010 and applies to members requesting pricing package 2. Members joining within this period will receive the remainder of that period (up until 31st March 2010) for no fee.
• Clients who want to add MTA are required to have a 30mb connectivity.
• Borsa Italiana members may receive up to four USAPS on joining with each additional USAP priced at €6,600 per annum (pricing package 2). The €6,600 per additional USAP will be waived for the offer period.
