Debt on the Main Market


For debt issues, admission to listing and admission to trading are parallel processes, during which the Exchange and the UK Listing Authority (UKLA) work together with issuers and their advisers.

The most efficient approach involves agreeing the timetable well in advance and appointing experienced advisers.

Preparing to issue and list bonds
