Listing and admission
The following documents provide all necessary information for companies wishing to issue covered warrants.
Companies will need to comply with the Covered Warrant Eligibility and Admission Criteria which should be read in conjunction with the Exchange's Admission and Disclosure Standards.
Companies will also be required to obtain listing approval from the UK Listing Authority (UKLA) and seek admittance to the Exchange, which can be run in parallel with the request for listing from the UKLA. The Listing and Admission Guidelines detail this procedure.
