How do I subscribe to Exchange Insight?

I would like to use the service from different PCs, is this possible?
It is possible to use the service from different PCs and locations. Your login credentials will work on any PC you use. Please note, however, that you will only be able to use the service on one PC at a time.
Can I login to Exchange Insight on two separate PCs or two browsers concurrently?
Exchange Insight is only available on one pc at a time. Once you start your second session, it will not be available on the PC you first logged into. If you select File>New->Window from within Internet Explorer, the existing session is reused which means that the second window automatically appears as logged in, under the same user as the first window, and you could therefore have two Exchange Insight windows open simultaneously, under the same account.
I have subscribed to Exchange Insight, when can I start using it?
Once you have subscribed to the service, by filling out the required personal information and payment details, there will be a lag while we process your details. This may take up to 10 minutes, after which time you will be able to access the product.
I have forgotten my password, how do I get them again?
If you have forgotten your password, enter your email address in the ‘forgotten password’ page and click 'Submit'. You will be sent an email containing a link which will allow you to enter a new password.
How can I cancel my Exchange Insight subscription?
You can cancel your subscription at any time by going into 'My Account', clicking on 'recurring payments', and 'cancel', or you can contact our help desk on 020 7797 3343. Please refer to the terms and conditions with regards to cancelling your account.

What is real-time streaming?
Streaming is a method of sending data continuously through a connection between two computers. This is the method price data is sent to your browser. Real-time streaming means the data is live and as it happens. In the Exchange Insight product there is streaming data in the Portfolio and Watchlist tools. The real-time data on the other pages (for example the company pages) is a real-time snapshot, when you refresh the page, the price will also be updated.
Why does streaming not work on my PC?
If streaming doesn’t appear to be working, you can initially try and refresh your browser. If this doesn’t work, try closing all your browsers and then re-open them and clearing the cache and temporary internet files. If the issue still exists, please contact our support team.
Is the data contended?
Contention is where access to real-time prices is effectively shared among users. The contention level is determined by the service provider, when this level has been reached, the first user will have their access to live prices stopped.
The prices in Exchange Insight are not on a contended access basis, meaning users will be able to continually access live prices.
Which companies are included in Exchange Insight?
Exchange Insight covers all UK domicile Main Market companies, all AIM companies, and all Irish and FTSE All-Share foreign incorporated companies with a UK listing.
