Pinsent Masons, Merchant Securities, Abchurch Communications and Deloitte would like to invite you to an IPO Workshop to introduce private companies to the fundamentals of an IPO (Initial Public Offering) advising on the financial, legal, fundraising, broking and financial communications aspects of an IPO.

This free workshop will provide the combined expertise of Pinsent Masons, Merchant Securities, Abchurch Communications, Deloitte and the London Stock Exchange, through a personal but informal forum to assist companies in determining whether a listing is appropriate for their business requirements and consistent with their long-term strategic goals.
One-to-one breakout sessions will be led by each IPO expert.
