Shares in Issue
Our Shares in Issue data is a valuable source of information for determining company benchmarking and performance measures, such as per-share ratios and market capitalisation. An up-to-date source for Shares in Issue data is also becoming increasingly relevant under the regulatory changes brought about by the Transparency Directive and MiFID. Our collection methods for this information are tailored to provide the most frequently updated Shares in Issue information in the market. We collect data intra-day from all regulatory news announcement types in which companies may announce their latest position.
Shareholders
We track and distribute shareholder information on a daily basis by following all regulatory announcements regarding major shareholdings of 3 per cent or more. We provide the shareholder name and their holdings, both in number of shares held and the percentage of the overall share capital they own.
