With effect from the close of business on Tuesday 24 January 2012, Marshall Securities Limited ("Marshall") will change its settlement arrangements and cease to use Pershing Securities Limited as its Model B settlement provider. Any outstanding positions as at the above date will continue to settle through CREST code 601.

With effect from the start of business on Wednesday 25 January 2012, Marshall will settle its business through a Model B agreement with Jarvis Investment Management Plc using the settlement code shown below in bold. In addition Marshall will no longer access SETS.
