Royal Bank of Canada acts in a principal capacity, and as a market maker in UK domestic securities with access to SETS. The firm also acts as a gilt-edged ("GEMM") and index-linked gilt-edged ("IL GEMM") market maker.
Royal Bank of Canada settles some of its business through a settlement arrangement with Citibank N.A. (CREST Code 388). All other business is settled by the firm itself.
