With effect from the start of business on Thursday 14 January 2010, S & T Asset Management LLP ("S & T" or "the firm") will become a member of the London Stock Exchange.

S & T will act in an agency capacity in UK domestic and international securities. The firm will not access SETS or the International Order Book.

The firm will settle its business through a Model B agreement with Pershing Securities Limited. ("Pershing")
