Xconnect Market Maker LLP

With effect from the start of business on Thursday 1 October 2009, Xconnect Market Maker LLP ("Xconnect MM" or "the firm") will commence trading as a member firm of the London Stock Exchange.

Xconnect MM will act in a principal capacity and its membership profile will be limited to trading in central counterparty eligible FTSE100, FTSE250 and ETF securities on the SETS order book only. Any other business undertaken by the firm will be as a non member.

Xconnect MM will settle its business through a Model B agreement with Fortis Bank Global Clearing N.V.
