With effect from the start of business on Friday 2 January 2009, BMO Capital Markets Limited ("BMO" or "the firm") will commence trading in international securities and will access the International Order Book ("IOB"). BMO will settle its international business through a settlement agreement with J.P. Morgan Chase Bank N.A., London Branch, using the settlement codes highlighted in bold below.
The firm acts in a principal and agency capacity in UK domestic securities. BMO acts as a market maker in UK domestic securities and has access to SETS.
The firm settles its UK domestic business through a settlement agreement with OMX Securities Services UK LLP.
