With effect from the start of business on Thursday 19 January 2006, ING Bank N.V. ("ING Bank" or "the firm") will commence settling some of its Amsterdam based business through a Model A agreement with Goldman Sachs International using CREST Code 303, as shown below in bold. All other trading codes will remain unchanged.
ING Bank will also cease to use the trading name ING Bank N.V. London Branch.
ING Bank continues to act in a principal capacity in UK domestic and international securities. The firm continues to have access to SETS, SETSmm, the Dutch Trading Service ("DTS") and the International Order Book ("IOB"). ING Bank continues to act as a market maker in UK domestic securities.
The firm also acts as a General Clearing Member ("GCM") of the London Stock Exchange for DTS central counterparty securities.
