Rathbone Stockbrokers Limited
From the start of business 01 November 2002, Rathbone Laurence Keen Limited ("Rathbone" or "the firm") will change its name to Rathbone Stockbrokers Limited.
The firm will continue to act as a Broker dealer in an agency capacity in UK domestic equities. Rathbone will continue to have access to the SETS order book. The firm does not have access to the International Order Book.
Rathbone will continue to use a Model A agreement with Pershing Limited.
All other details remain the same
